The Cloncarlin House Bed and Breakfast is owned  and run by the Family McGuiness and Marie McGuiness and her family invite you to spend some time with them in their amazing 18th century period farmhouse. It is based on a 180 acre beef farm. Situated on elevated site it affords a superb view of the local countryside. The Cloncarlin House Bed and Breakfast offers their guests a private parking and a beautiful garden. Every morning we are providing a good and tasteful breakfast. Our guests have the choice between Continental and Irish breakfast and of course there a selection of breads and cereals available.

County Kildare is one of the best places where all the tourist can enjoy the horse riding sport and golfing. Visit the Irish National Stud, established in 1946, the Irish National Stud combines an active role in the development and promotion of Irish bloodstock with its role as one of the country's best tourist attractions and it is the only Stud farm in Ireland open to the public. The Curragh, Ireland's horse racing capital is 10km away, affording guests a possibility to view training and sample the atmosphere of race day. Kildare is a Golfer's dream with a host of testing courses. The K Club, which has hosted a number of European Tour Events, and is also a venue for the 2006 Ryder Cup is located within a 40 minute drive. Other courses, such as The Curragh, Cill Dara, Bodenstown, Athy and Kilkea Castle to name but a few, are all located in the proximity of Cloncarlin House Bed and Breakfast. After a day of sport adventure you can enjoy and relax some time and the Japanese Garden or at the River Barrow, where the waterways also have maintained walk ways along the banks. The locals say that a stroll along side water meandering to its destination is one of the most relaxing of life pleasures.

Cloncarlin House is located in the Monasterevin part of Kildare near the Laois border in friendly and quiet environment. Its proximity to Dublin, just one hour drive away, makes it an ideal bed and breakfast location when traveling to or from the city. The Airport and Ferry ports are also one hour drive away.
